Any order placed on microxtra.com can generally be canceled or changed within the processing window before shipment. We encourage proactive customers to contact us as early as possible should you need to modify your order.
How and When Can Orders Be Canceled?
Orders can be canceled for any reason, provided the request arrives before shipment. Typically, this means you have up to one business day (or until your item is marked “Shipped” in your confirmation email). Orders placed after our cut-off time (5:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday) are processed the following business day.
- Cancel Deadline: Request cancellation before order is shipped.
- How to Cancel: Email support@microxtra.com with your order number and "Cancel Request” in the subject. Include any relevant details.
- No Fees: There are no cancellation fees.
- Confirmation: Our team will reply within support hours, confirming if the cancellation was successful or advising alternatives.
- After Shipment: Cancellations are not possible after an order is shipped. Instead, you may return the order (see Return & Refund Policy).
How and When Can Orders Be Changed?
If you realize you need to update your order—such as adjusting item quantity, color, dress style, or recipient information—contact us before it is shipped. Our team will make best efforts to accommodate your requested changes.
- Change Deadline: Before the shipping confirmation is sent, typically within one business day of ordering.
- How to Change: Email support@microxtra.com with your order number, "Order Change Request” in the subject line, and specific details of the changes required.
- Examples of Changes: Correcting shipping address, updating quantity or sizes, swapping colors, removing items, adding special instructions.
- After Shipment: Once shipped, changes can no longer be made to the order. If you receive your package and wish to make changes (such as an item not needed), please review our Return & Refund Policy for solutions.
Order Processing Times & Cut-Off
Orders are processed within one business day. To maximize your chance for successful cancellations or changes, contact us before your order transitions from “Processing” to “Shipped.” The cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off are processed the following business day.

Refunds for Canceled Orders
When you successfully cancel an order before shipment, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Our processing time for refunds is 12 days from confirmation of cancellation. There are no fees or deductions. Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction. When you cancel after shipment, your refund is handled through our return process and is subject to the normal timeline and inspection guidelines.

- Wrong Shipping Address: Contact us immediately if you realize your shipping address is incorrect. Address changes are only possible before shipping.
