How to Pay for Your Order

  4. For credit/debit card payments, enter card number, name, expiry date, and CVV/CVC code. For digital wallets, simply log in (no card input needed).

  6. Complete your order. You’ll get a confirmation email and payment receipt.

Need to change your payment method after placing your order? Please contact our support team immediately at support@microxtra.com. Edits may not be possible if your order has already been processed.

Currencies and Charges

All prices on our website are listed in US Dollars (USD). If your card or payment provider uses a different currency, your payment provider will automatically convert and may apply a conversion fee.

Most banks and card issuers will display the amount charged in USD on your statement. Please check with your financial provider on possible international or cross-border fees if paying from outside the United States.

Payment Confirmation & Receipts

  • After every successful payment, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email including your receipt, order summary, and a payment reference.
  • If you do not receive confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team for assistance.
  • Microxtra will never ask for your full card details by email or via chat. If you receive such a request, it is a scam.

Failed or Rejected Payments

If your payment fails, please try using another card or payment option. Payment may be declined due to:

  • Incorrect billing details or card information
  • Insufficient funds or credit limit exceeded
  • Bank-initiated security blocks (temporary)
  • Digital wallet verification not completed
  • Unstable network/connection issues

If you need help with a failed payment, do not retry multiple times as this may trigger a fraud block. Instead, contact your bank or our support for assistance.

Refunds and Payment Adjustments

Refunds for eligible returns are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds can take several business days to post.

  • We do not charge fees for processing eligible refunds.
  • Store credits, if offered, are also sent to your Microxtra account or email address on request.
  • Once a refund is approved, you will get a notification by email with details.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe you were incorrectly charged, or see a payment you don’t recognize, please contact us immediately. We will review your case and, if appropriate, work to resolve any issues with your order or payment method.

Filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank can delay resolution—please contact our support team for a faster and more direct response.

Order Modifications and Payment Updates

  • We cannot update payment methods once an order has been shipped.
