How We Process & Ship Your Orders
Microxtra prioritizes both speed and accuracy in handling every transaction for our valued customers. Here is a step-by-step outline so you always know what to expect:
- Order Placement: Orders submitted before 5:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday) are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after cut-off, on weekends or holidays are processed next business day.
- Processing & Packing: Our fulfillment team verifies order and payment information, then picks, quality-checks, and packs your dress carefully. This stage is completed within 1 business day in almost all cases.
- Order Dispatch & Carrier Pickup: Parcels are collected by one of our trusted postal partners—USPS, UPS, or FedEx—on the same or next business day after your order is processed.
- Shipping & Delivery: Delivery time typically ranges from 2 to 6 business days depending on the shipping address and local carrier operations.

Cut-Off Time for Same Day Processing
Orders completed and paid before 5:00 PM EST on business days will be handled and dispatched faster. Orders after this time, or on a weekend/public holiday, will be processed on the next working day. This ensures we meet the highest standards of speed and reliability for your orders—especially for time-sensitive gifts or important occasions.

There are absolutely no hidden charges. The flat rate covers order processing, packaging, and transit to any valid address within the contiguous United States. We currently do not offer international shipping and cannot deliver outside the US.
Our Carriers & Delivery Services
We entrust your packages to reputable couriers to ensure every dress arrives safely and on time. Microxtra uses the following reliable carriers:
- USPS (United States Postal Service) – best for smaller items and P.O. boxes
- UPS (United Parcel Service) – ideal for reliable and fast ground shipping
- FedEx – preferred for locations where time-sensitive or special delivery is required
The carrier is automatically selected for each order based on item size, value, and recipient location to optimize delivery time and cost.
Order Tracking and Notification
Tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your order has left our facility. Use your tracking code to follow every step of your shipment until delivery with:

Shipping Restrictions & Limitations
- Shipping available only within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, overseas territories as well as international destinations)
- We can ship to residential and commercial addresses, as well as P.O. boxes and military APO/FPO via USPS where applicable
- Any issues with incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses resulting in lost packages are the responsibility of the customer. Please double-check address details before finalizing your order.
What If My Order Is Delayed or Lost?
We make every effort to communicate quickly and openly if there is an unexpected delay—typically due to weather events, logistics bottlenecks, or unforeseen carrier issues. Should your package experience a prolonged delay, get lost, or shows delivered but cannot be located, please notify us within 7 days of the last scan. We will open a carrier investigation and, if determined lost or undeliverable, we will replace or refund your order according to company policy.

Damaged, Wrong, or Incomplete Orders
If your package arrives damaged in transit, or in the rare case you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please do the following within 48 hours of delivery:
- Take clear photos of the external packaging and any damage to the items received
- Contact us at support@microxtra.com with your order number, description of the issue, and images attached
- We will review your case promptly and arrange for replacement, reshipment, or a refund as appropriate

Order Cancellations & Changes
Please be aware that once an order is placed and enters processing, it cannot be canceled or altered. If you need to correct address or item details, contact us as soon as possible by replying to your order confirmation email, or via our Cancel / Change Order page. We will make every effort to assist if your order has not yet shipped.
